“Stacey Sutton-Ward,” CEO of Architectural Interior Design Services of About the Look Design Group
Originally, a native Floridian, Stacey joined her daughter and her husband here in the Virginia area in 2018, after successfully phasing out the Florida and New York branches of her boutique design firm About the Look Design Group, LLC. Stacey is an accomplished and seasoned CEO/educational program developer and architectural interior designer, with twenty years of experience overseeing family safety programming and contract administration, child protective services, mental health services, educational legislative lobbying, management leadership training, small entrepreneurial business development, urban housing development and construction projects for federal, state, and local governments, nonprofit agencies, and educational institutions. Stacey holds advanced degrees in Political Science, Business Administration/Marketing, Education, and Psychology.
In some of Stacey’s past positions, she has supervised new builds and renovation projects to fulfill contract requirements for federal and state government, private industry, and construction firms in both residential and commercial design. Many of these skills she learned on the job while functioning in various executive management roles. Intimate exposure to the construction-design world ultimately encouraged her to enhance her well-established business career, by going back to school to pursue another formal degree in architectural and interior design. She opened her design firm shortly after graduating.

“Harry” was born in the picturesque setting of San Francisco’s Presidio, where he grew up surrounded by the beauty of nature and the companionship of his family who taught him the value of living in the moment. From early on, Harry learned the importance of seizing opportunities and savoring every experience without hesitation.
Harry’s journey has taken him from the urban landscapes of San Francisco to the rustic charm of Washington state, where he immersed himself in the world of farming and ranching, cultivating a deep appreciation for the land and its bounties. Fueled by a thirst for adventure, Harry embarked on global expeditions, fishing, hiking, and traversing diverse terrains, all while immersing himself in the rich tapestry of cultures and beliefs that our world has to offer. From the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu to the towering peaks of Kilimanjaro, he has embraced life to the fullest, cherishing every moment along the way.
Presently, Harry calls Virginia home, where he is blessed with a loving family consisting of his wife, three adventurous boys, and a spirited daughter who keeps his family on their toes. “McKenna Roberts” Design Manager of About the Look Design Group
A native Virginian, “McKenna Roberts” is a proud graduate of Old Dominion University and she holds a degree in Communications and Marketing with a concentration in Public Relations and Advocacy.
is a multifaceted professional with a passion for building marketing and public relations platforms for small businesses to enhance their growth. With experiences working with non-profit organizations, culinary art institutions, and journalism press corps, she brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to her endeavors in the design world. In addition to her professional pursuits, loves to read, cook, and travel. She is always eager to explore new cultures and ideas. She values quality time with family and friends and finds joy in the companionship of her beloved dogs. Her career as an Interior Designer allows her to infuse her unique artistic creativity, while crafting chic new classics that evoke mood, ambiance and awe-inspiring results.
“Skylar Sutton-Ward,” Business Operations Coordinator of Gourmet Properties and About the Look Design Group
Originally, a native Floridian, Skye moved to the Northern Virginia area to attend the Audio Production and Engineering program at American University. In 2022, after completing an intensive seven-year program Skye graduated with a Masters in Audio Engineering, a minor in Korean Language Studies and Psychology. In 2016, Skye earned her Florida Insurance license where she worked in the Florida market in a small insurance agency owned by a family friend. It was here that she learned how to effectively run a business while functioning in the role of insurance broker doing business with all the major insurance companies. In 2018, she joined her mother’s boutique design firm About the Look Design Group where she further used her business skills to run the office and help her mother as a design assistant. To keep her skills sharp in the insurance industry Skye earned her Virginia property, casualty, and life Insurance license in 2021 and worked with State Farm until she decided to join the family business again. Although a licensed REALTOR®, Skye’s work is the glue that holds the Already Home Real Estate Group family together. Skye’s role is the pinnacle position that integrates Gourmet Properties, the parent company of Already Home Real Estate Group, About the Look Design Group and Already Home Property Management. The work she does managing the day-to-day operations lays the foundation of how business is conducted between all the companies and how it will grow in the future.
“Skye” speaks several languages, she is a self-taught flautist, and she is an accomplished music and podcast producer. In her spare time, she competitively dances with a K-pop dance troupe, she models for various photographers, she loves to travel, and she loves to shop. Skye is a Disney enthusiast and a collector of Sailor Moon books, posters, and fine collectibles. Skye is a team member with many talents, but her greatest talent is keeping the family business a front runner in the world of real estate and interior design.
